Check in Time: After 12:00 pm. Bag storage can be organised by reception.
Payment: The entire accommodation charges must be paid in full before check-in. We do not accept cheques. All incidentals must be settled upon check-in.
Credit Card Pre-authorisation: All guests are required to provide a valid credit for pre-authorisation to cover any potential incidentals or damages incurred during their stay. Alternatively, a cash bond will be required and shall be returned to guest upon checkout subject to a room inspection. Guest who failed to produce either will not be permitted to check in.
Personal Identification: You may be required to present your personal identification upon arrival. Driver’s license and passports can be accepted.
Car Park: Additional charges applied. All car parks must be booked upon making your reservation subject to availability. In the instance when our car park is full booked, we recommend you to take advantage of Telstra Dome public car park or Care Park at SiteOne located in the same building. Associated costs with Telstra Dome or Care Park car park is to be settled directly with Telstra Dome or Care Park.
Serviced Cleaning: Our apartments are serviced weekly for stays of longer than 7 days, additional servicing is available on request and additional charges applied.
No Party/Pet Policy: Grand Harbour regulates a strict NO PARTY/PET POLICY. Guests who failed to comply with this policy will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
